OBS not finding USB capture card

I bought a new laptop for creating video game videos on my YouTube channel but it will not recognize my capture card. When I try to create a new video/audio input device it finds my webcam and OBS viewer but not my USB capture card. I hooked it back up to my old laptop and it worked as usual. Any suggestions?

Use correct driver.
UVC grabbers no need drivers, system has it.

i don't it's yours capture card.
You don't say what's device you have.
