OBS Not Detecting NDI Source from EasyWorship Over LAN-WiFi Bridge

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to get OBS to detect an NDI stream from EasyWorship across my local network, but it’s not working when the devices are on different connection types. Here’s my setup:

• Internet Source: MTN 5G Broadband (ZLT X20)
• Router: TP-Link AX3000 (connected to MTN via Ethernet)
• OBS PC: Connected via LAN cable to the TP-Link AX3000
• EasyWorship PC: Connected via Wi-Fi to the same TP-Link AX3000
• Both devices are on the same subnet (192.168.0.x) and have internet access.
• NDI output is enabled in EasyWorship.
• OBS Studio has the NDI plugin installed, and I’ve installed NDI 6 Runtime.
• Firewall rules allow OBS, mDNS, and NDI Runtime on both PCs.
• IGMP Snooping is enabled on the TP-Link AX3000.
• DDOS Protection is enabled (tested with it disabled — no change).
• When both PCs are on Wi-Fi, OBS detects EasyWorship’s NDI stream perfectly.
• When OBS is on LAN and EasyWorship is on Wi-Fi, OBS cannot detect the NDI stream.

It seems like the TP-Link AX3000 is isolating LAN and Wi-Fi multicast traffic, even though everything’s on the same subnet. I’ve looked for settings like client isolation, multicast forwarding, or LAN-WLAN bridging, but the AX3000 doesn’t expose those options clearly.

Has anyone faced this kind of LAN↔Wi-Fi multicast issue on TP-Link routers? Any workaround or config tweak I might be missing?

Thanks in advance!

No log Provided but start here. Possible Windows issues depending on your installed updates...

If it's not that, go to the plugin thread.

A must for every NDI user.

Yes sir, i have the DistroAV, and it put the NDI Source option to my obs 31.1.2. OBS only see easyworship and NDI HX Camera when all devices are connected over WIFI, But when i connect to the OBS PC using LAN OBS does not detect anything. The PC for Easyworship is on WIFI, Same router with the OBS PC that is connected through LAN. I have been on this for about 2 WEEKS, No solution.
