Question / Help obs not detecting audio from camcorder

from yesterday, while live streaming using OBS , immediately my camcorder audio is not hearable and not detected in OBS. i reinstall OBS and restore windows10, then also the same issue continues. before it was working nicely, and my encoder connected to another PC and it works fine. so not the mistake of camcorder or encoder. please help me to sort out this issue
 
I have the exact same problem.
On previous laptop, everything worked fine. New laptop + same settings: no sound in the OBS.
