Question / Help OBS not capturing games

Been using the same settings for almost a year now, suddenly stopped working

I did, both right clicking and run as admin as well as going to compatibility to change the settings. http://i.imgur.com/miOg4hk.png

The weird thing is that it does capture PUBG just fine :/ I've tried that along with CS:GO and Payday 2, worked only for Battlegrounds.
