Question / Help OBS not capturing entire screen

so, when i'm trying window capture (or any other capture) obs only records the top left corner of my screen, missing about 2-3 inches from the right and bottom of my screen.

When i set the base revolution to 'monitor' it says it's only 1536x864, but i think it should be 1920x1080, so i think the problem has to do with that.

Anybody that can help?

ok, so this image ( http://i.imgur.com/shG8wY0.png ) is the image i'm supposed to see. And this image (http://i.imgur.com/2sWx9r9.png) is what i get if i use obs to window capture the image. As you can see it cuts off 4.5 blocks on the right and 3.5 blocks on the bottom

Try disabling DPI scaling in the compatibility properties of the OBS shortcut.
