Bug Report OBS not capturing devices

My obs studio randomly is not capturing my gameplay . it says "1 moment please" with a big grey window and a play icon . It also has had issues capturing my camera . I am tired of previously remaking the capture devices over and over and over . When i switch between my scenes , it also does not capture one or the other or both . This issue is random to me and i wonder if any of you smarty pants have a solution to the issue / know about this? PLEASE HELP!

how do i fix this / stop it from happening . i just want my OBS or what not to capture my camera and gameplay no matter what scene i am on at all times .
