Question / Help OBS Not capturing audio channels at random.

So I set up voicemeter and OBS a few weeks ago to capture game audio, primarily ARMA missions I do with a large group, for making videos of. I have my audio split correctly, i confirm the levels moving separately for my microphone, the input from discord or teamspeak, and my desktop audio. After the OP ends, I can open the recording and an audio track or two has absolutely nothing on it, just dead silence.

The first time it dropped all sound from teamspeak and my microphone. So, I went in, made a test recording in another game, had people talk, talked, had some game sound. Went back and checked that recording and all the audio tracks were recorded separately and had normal levels, everything was fine.

I hadn't changed any settings in OBS at all at that time, so I hoped it was a fluke or something, next week rolls around, and this time it drops all audio from the game itself, but leaves teamspeak as normal so I'm left with a strange 3 hour directors commentary on a silent war film.

So its just seemingly not recording channels at random, i checked while i was playing arma, and was watching the levels moving in all three channels so it had the sound heading into OBS.

I'm frankly somewhat out of ideas for whats causing this, my friend has the same setup and has no issues at all with his recordings. Could the teamspeak plugin ACRE be causing this? I really have no clue what to do at this point.

The log file is attached, screenshots of my current settings are below, if any more info is needed i'll try and grab it, i still have the recording, though its 9 gig and im not sure how helpful it would be.
