Question / Help OBS not booting (Missing DLL files)

Recently uninstalled OBS upon which I couldn't reinstall for a while with a OBS already running error.
As of 5 days ago upon randomly retrying the install it worked.

However when I install OBS fresh it'll boot up once before giving me these errors on second startup. What do I do?

Do you have 3rd party antivirus or something that may be deleting the files? What happens if you go to C:\Program Files\obs-studio\bin\64bit and run obs64.exe manually? Are the missing files visible in that directory?
 
The files are not there but the exe does boot from that location.
I think if it works like this it's fine for me but should I be worried the files are gone?

Windows defender has no logs of deleting the files and I have no other anti-virus installed.
 
If the exe works from there, that's fine. How were you starting it when it gave you errors? Perhaps the shortcut has an incorrect "Start in" folder.

what does it mean when it says the files can't be found, but i see them in the folder?
