Question / Help OBS Not Allowing Other Windows to Run In Front of it

As the title suggests, my obs stopped allowing me to bring other windows/apps to the front of my screen just a couple days ago. I have a video demonstrating what I mean that I'll link at the end of this post.
Things I've tried:
-Uninstalling and reinstalling OBS (multiple times)
-Powering on and off my laptop
-Uninstalling OBS, powering off my laptop, powering ON my laptop, then reinstalling OBS
-Installing a previous version of OBS that I've had success with
-Changing the compatibilty in OBS's properties (to windows 8, 7 and xp as well as setting it back to the default of the unchecked box because I'm on windows 10)

Here's the video of what I'm experiencing:

I'll (try to) attach my log files as well, but I'm unsure of how many log files are needed, so if I attach the wrong ones and they're necessary, just let me know and I'll upload them as well.

Well that's embarassing... Thanks for the help! I don't remember ever turning that option on, but I guess I managed to do it accidentally at some point. Thanks again!
