Question / Help OBS no video adapter?

When I was setting up my OBS I was adjusting the video settings, I clicked the drop down box for the video adapters, and it was blank.. I'm not sure WHY it would be, it's obvious I have one. Can anyone help me with this?

Because you recently posted (I also have this problem): I have updated my graphics cards to the latest version and still end up with nothing in the drop-down menu. Any other ideas?
