OBS no longer working properly even with the same settings i have been using for a long time

So i tried to record a video with OBS using my usual settings that I know don't overload the encoder, but now for no reason, it is saying the encoding is being overloaded? none of my settings have changed but now they no longer seem to work. The encoder I am using is the H264/AVC encoder (AMD advanced media framework) Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
