I've been using OBS Studio to stream Smash Bros. for Wii U weekly tournaments, but all of a sudden, OBS recently started experiencing some strange behavior in the framerate. Previously, I was able to stream without any dropped frames when streaming at 1080p, 60fps, but now there seems to be unexplained rendering lag occurring. I have already tried reinstalling OBS to no avail. I have just recently received a Windows update, so I thought maybe that could be the cause of my issue, but I'm not certain.
The FPS counter displays 60 then jumps down randomly to arbitrary values from 45-59. My log includes short test runs of both x264 encoder and NVENC. Can someone explain what could be the issue?
