Question / Help OBS No Gameplay Audio in headphones/ 17.0

Hey, so ive had this problem for..ever now.
I get all audio in my headphones, but no Gameplay audio.
I am using ps4, Elgato HD60
TRYING to use my presonus audio box, My condenser mic is working with it just fine. I tried so many youtube videos, these forums, NOTHING Is working and causing me so much stress.
I just dont understand, i have all audio in my headphones, just not the Gameplay
Anybody with anything please let me know? Been at this for weeks.

I had the same issue with my HD60 Pro streaming from XBox One. I had to open Elgato Sound Capture and select the headset as the default and active it there.
