Question / Help OBS New problem -Webcam not working and screen going black.

So my screen started randomly going black in the middle or at the end of a multitude of games, sometimes just at random times. All three versions of capture have similar yet different bugs. I usually can get Game capture to work but it usually results in webcam failure. This last time my webcam went off but no matter what i do it won't turn on.
Here is the Log if an you can help me.
i probably have a mess going on but i appreciate any input.

I have been having this issue as well, have not found a full proof fix yet. But most recommend switching USB ports for the webcam. I use Logitech 930e webcam. To get the webcam to activate again I have to turn off the stream and restart OBS to get it working again.
