Question / Help Obs, new pc with ryzen and PUBG problem

Recently i am having a weird problem with OBS 18.0.1 and Playerunknowns Battlegrounds. When i start the game my upload dies and i start dropping frames because of that. My cpu usage also starts to go lower in that process.

I am using a Ryzen 1700x cpu. Windows 10 with creaters update.

Tried many things also setting core affinity for OBS in windows aswell but this made it even worse, pc stutters a lot. Tried to change process priority to higher in OBS also cause instability and stutters with pc.

i used to play with a i5-2500k and in windows 8.1 and didnt had this problem.

Update: So it seems the problem but not fully. I enabled new network code and low latency mode in settings of OBS. Problem is gone unless i start watching my stream. What happens is if i start watching my stream i can hear the stream audio lagging and my upload speed starts to die with that. Which makes me think something is wrong with either Ryzen - windows 10 or PUBG - windows or PUBG - ryzen.

This log file is after i just reinstalled OBS and made every scene from scratch and with just a bit of drop frames to test the "watching the stream from chrome" problem. The reason i resetted everything on OBS and reinstalled it was that i copied my old settings from windows 8.1 pc in the obs-studio folder. So i thought that might be the reason but it turns out it was something to do with watching my own stream and playing PUBG at the same time. Even tho i think my pc is good enough i guess i cant do that or maybe something is wrong with either PC or windows 10.
