Question / Help OBS Never staying on my Team Fortress 2 window

Hello
I am having a problem where when ever i want to stream some tf2, when i open the window capture settings it never shows tf2 as a window, but when i press refresh it shows the tf2 window but disappears when i close the settings, I run tf2 in windowed mode.
Please help

Make sure the game is running before attempting to add it as a window or game capture source.
