OBS never shows camera on startup. Scenes 1 and 2 use the same camera but it's frozen every time

So when I launch OBS now my integrated camera area on Scenes 1 and 2, the only 2 I use, are missing. I then have to go into Video Capture Device and change it to OBS Virtual and then back to Integrated Webcam or UHD Camera depending on which on I use.
When I switch to scene 2 the same thing happens. I have to readd the camera each time I swap.

Now there's one more piece. When I switch scenes the scene not in use camera FREEZES and I have to, again, switch the camera from virtual back to Integrated or UHD or whichever.

What would cause the same camera to keep having this type of glitch. I did recently receive an OTA update and I can pretty much rest assured that that is when it started.

Trying to have multiple different-named video capture device sources capturing the same camera or capture card isn't going to work. You need to use the "add existing" option to add the video capture device source to scenes beyond the first one you use it in.
