OBS Never closed on Commmand now its crashing

This is whats happening now. Everytime i open OBS it just crashed.
Before I had custom browser docks for twitch but i keep trying to delete it but it would appear every time i would open OBS.
the only way to close OBS before this crash was occuring was to end the task in Task Manager

When I click a scene off my stream deck like my break scene then click on my main monitor the scene automatically stitches is to the scene with my screen capture

When my OBS crashes, the icon stays in the system tray and OBS will not run again till I hover my mouse over the OBS icon in the system tray making it vanish. Might try that. Worth a shot.
