Did you update OBS from v27 or earlier to v28 or later? If so, then:
  • You don't need the websocket at all. Just remove it. It's built into OBS now.
  • You'll need to remove and re-install the latest version of the NDI plugin from its page here. Follow the instructions carefully, as there are 2 parts, not just the usual 1.
