OBS NDI taking up 90% of Internet usage even when not streaming

Hey guys, currently I'm rocking a dual PC setup
1. Gaming PC
- Ryzen 3600XT
- 2060 SUPER
- 16GB RAM

2. Encoding laptop
- i7 8TH GEN
-1060 6GB
-16GB RAM

I've been using this setup for a while now and it worked great with NDI, I have them both plugged into an access point router.

However, since yesterday I've been experiencing high ping in game even when I'm not streaming, as I discovered that OBS Studio with NDI has been hogging up 90% of the internet usage on Task Manager and I have no clue how to fix this.

I don't know if this is supposed to happen but please let me know if you have a solution

NDI send local stream, for fullhd signal need 125 mbits. Your network is too slow. Change switch to faster minimum 1 gbits or faster.

Keeto NDI sends the Stream everytime you run it for NDI you need a Gigabit network.
buy a gigabit Switch connect it between your S-PC and G-PC connect the cable from the router to.
please send a LOGfile
Okay, will the cable matter? I'm currently using cat6 cables

Is this a good choice?

If you still have some problem with network speed - probably your network card is only 100 mb/s speed.
Must remember - all parts of network must be the same speed like switch or network card.
e.g.
comp1 - 1 gbit/s card
switch - 1 gbit/s
comp2 - 1 gbit/s card

maximum speed 1 gbit/s, from one comp to second

comp1 - 1 gbit/s card
switch - 1 gbit/s
comp2 - 100 mbit/s card

maximum speed 100 mbit/s, from one comp to second

Found the solution, after getting the gigabit switch, i had to enable 1.0 gbps full duplex on my adapter config.

Now it works like a charm, thanks all
