after have seen to juste dissable firewall i have fixed my issue, and in don't understand why my firewall locked obs ... i already autorized full acces through the firewall to have all acces in obs

Actually, I was stubborn enough and got it to work so streaming PC is receiving from the gaming PC via direct LAN cable only.
The trick is configuring it doh
