Question / Help OBS NDI PLUG IN NOT FINDING SOURCE NAME

i have gone through the process however it won't find my source name & no source name pops up when i try to integrate the ndi

process i have followed

1. turn on NDI function in the skype app
2. gone to OBS & set up a new scene
3. set up a new source and clicked NDI
4. try and find a source name but i can't click on any/ none pops up

Did anyone ever find a resolution for this issue? Windows update and I can't see my IP cameras any longer in OBS NDI sources. Can see those sources readily in NDI tools Studio Monitor. About to pull the plug on OBS.
