Question / Help OBS & My Webcam - Not working together

I seem to have everything set up accordingly. Installed webcam and its not showing up. Able to edit the scene but have nothing showing. Please help,

You're not using your webcam somewhere else on your computer while trying to do this are you? Only one program can use a video device at a time on a computer. Something's preventing it from activating.

I wasnot. Not entirely sure what happened or how it was fixed but after a lot of guessing I got it a day or two ago.
