Does the OBS Multiplatform work with Roxio GameCap HD Pro ?

Or should i use the normal OBS ?

I'm not sure if this got fixed but you may need to run the Roxio software once before OBS will be able to see the video.

Can confirm, works for me too, like a charm. Main reason why I started using the multiplatform version.
