Question / Help OBS Missing Components Loop

I downloaded the installer for OBS and ran it and it said i have missing components so i went and downloaded both the 32 and 64 bit version of the components but it STILL says i am missing components and wont even state what!

Its a loop i cant stop and i cant get OBS because of it.
Help?????

The missing components are not in OBS installation, these are Visual C++ runtime/redistributable packages. Have you installed VC++ 2010, 2013 and 2018? If not, please install them. Also, can you open run and then type appwiz.cpl and provide the screenshot of the list of program/application that is installed on the desktop were you are installing OBS.

these are the ones i have so far, plus could you provide links to all the things i need to download since i cant find them
