With an RTX 40 series, I have the option of using NVENC AV1 encoding. In the rate control, there's the option of using lossless as rate control. However, this does not actually use lossless as it is not supported. The logs support this:

13:55:10.308: [obs-nvenc: 'advanced_video_recording'] lossless encode is not supported, ignoring
```
I think OBS should not even offer the lossless option at all as it is not supported by hardware
