OBS mIgration tool

I have created a Windows tool to analyze and migrate OBS’s JSON files (OBS_FVAM.exe) that allows to open a scene collection (OBS's JSON file) and verify that all files really exist. READ ONLY!

On top of that you can migrate to a new folder:
Assign a new folder of your chosing for audio and video and OBS_FVAM will copy all media files and create a new scene collection with updated pathes. You can do a full migration or select files individually (like me: I have a huge video repository that I use shared, but I want the other scene images in separate directories...

Freeware - more description and download here: http://faltinek.de/freestuff/obs/OBSVERIFY.html

You posted htis under the wrong forum category, here's the correct one:

Also, you need to comply with GPLv2 licensing if you plan to distribute your tool.

Thanks for the hint. I have insufficient privileges to post there...

Look, I do neither have the time nor the nerves to get through GPLv2.

I just give that piece of software away for free. Whoever might want to use it may do so. Will that be sufficient?

You need to license it under the GPLv2 and provide the source code, at a bare minimum.

You may need to contact a forum admin about permission to post your tool, once it complies with all licensing.

A program that simply interacts with the .json files used by OBS is not a derived work and not subject to the OBS license.
