Bug Report OBS Memory leak

So I've had a memory leak issue for a few weeks, and just tracked it down to specifically OBS through testing the past 3 days.

It's eating up about 5 GB's of memory atm, but this happens frequently, it's gone up to about 21 GB of memory usage.

I'll post yesterdays and 2 days prior.

Duplicate the scene collection and remove scenes one by one to check which scene is using all that memory.
