Question / Help OBS making me drop ALOT of frames

Now I have an internet connection/PC more than capable streaming at this capable at this quality.
I've been streaming for 2-3weeks with these settings and it's been perfectly fine.
I now have the latest Nvidia driver and OBS version, so maybe there is some conflict there?

I stream at 3k bitrate and sometimes it goes red and drops down to 1k bitrate, with lots of dropped frames!
Before I used to stream and dropped 0 frames, at the moment i'm streaming AND NOW as I speak the frames have dropped once again with 7k dropped frames.

Amsterdam is most likely overloaded, because London is down and the traffic is being rerouted there. Try a different ingest server.
