OBS makes weird background noise when turned on

when obs recent is turned on, there will be random background noise, which is not present in other streaming solutions and applications, ie, same system setup

edit: win11, amd 5600g, rtx 3060, asrock mb, but the setup does not change, when its correctly working in other software than OBS
