Hey there!
I got this weird problem that when I record a game and dont make any movement after some minutes (2 to 5) it starts micro stutering but if i move the mouse a bit it goes back to running fluidely.
I was testing this on minecraft with some mods in it but nothing too heavy, normally i get over 120 fps.
I tested this on linux and windows, it has the same output in both.
This issue is purely from the process of recording because when i turn off obs, it runs fluidly for hours.
My pc specs:
RX 9060 XT 16gb
ryzen 5 7500h
16gb 6000mhz ddr5
the rest i think its irrelevant.
I tried with diferent encoders in obs but with the same result but mainly used this settings:
AMD HW H.264 (AVC)
CQP
CQ: 20
frame interval: 2
preset: quality
profile: High
B-frames:2
I also fixed the game to the fps of my monitor, 60hz, and specified that on the resolution and fps of obs.
Thats everything that i tried.
I would kindly accept some help as i dont know what the settings actually do, just searched and chatgpt :))))
