Hello,
I have a few problems with my OBS Classic.
When I try to record (or stream) to see if my settings are good enough my pc starts to skip around 10 frames every 4 seconds.
But that's not the only thing; I have a 1 second delay, that's very frustrating for when I play a FPS.
I have even tried the worst settings like recording at 480P.
I've tried reinstalling OBS.
Here are some screenshots of my OBS Settings:

These are my pc specs and my internet speed:

G.Skill 16 GB DDR3-2400 Kit
Disc storage: 2TB HDD.
Graphic card: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB FTW ACX 2.0
Processor: Intel i7 4770K CPU @ 3.50 GHz (Not overclocked)
My internet speed: 41 MBPS Upload & 500MBPS Download.

Kindest regards,
Alexander.

None of the encodes in that log show you trying to stream. None show any duplicated frames either, although each was only a few seconds long.

If you're having problems streaming, post a log file of you streaming. Make it at least five minutes long of high action content.

What do you mean by 1 second delay? Or by skipping 10 frames every 4 seconds? That's not shown in the logs, possibly because the logs are too short instead of at least five minutes. Do you mean in your game?
