Obs makes my game lag/tear

Obs makes my game choppy what can i do (i have it on same monitor as my game) still lags (not in recording, just the game) https://obsproject.com/logs/7Gn-jC3pVGc8OpFs



Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor, 3701 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
GPU 2060 Super
32gb ram

I have tried vsync, limiting fps, putting obs same screen, but doesnt help.
