Question / Help OBS makes my game extremely laggy

I tried streaming some CSGO to test my OBS and it is just unplayable... I usually run the game at around 300-400fps but with OBS i can barely top 40 with constant drops to below 10. My mouse also goes off the screen constantly (Never happens unless I am streaming with OBS). I have tried lowering the bitrate to 2000, CPU Usage preset is set to ultrafast. The CPU usage usually reads around 20% so OBS clearly isn't using enough of my CPU. I have no idea why any of this is happening as I have streamed with many other tools like Geforce experience and had no problems. Any reply is appreciated.

My Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-8350 8 core processor
GPU: 2x GTX 970
Memory: 16GB
