i had an issue for many months, and i have tried everything to try and fix this, it seems that after i update Windows 10, it causes my in game fps to drop drastically, to the point of being unplayable, i lowered my bitrate to 1000, lowered the output resolution to 720p, updated obs, none of these fixed the issue, is this a rare issue that happens only to my pc or what?
