Question / Help OBS Makes CSGO Lag When Opened or Recording

Hi, It seems that when I use obs no matter the settings the game lags. For some reason the fps doesn't drop below 200 usually but it seems it's lagging or stuttering well under the 75hz that the monitor is set to. The recording is smooth but the actual game is lagging. I even tried putting the priority for the game higher and obs lower and still no dice.

Specs:
CPU: i7 4770 3.4 ghz
GPU: RX 480 8GB xfx black
RAM: 32GB ddr3
OS: Windows 10 64bit
Game:CSGO
