OBS makes CSGO lag / microstutter

I run into a problem with obs, when i open it , csgo goes from 400-450 fps in lobby to 300-350, but that s not the problem , the problem is that the game runs like is on 60hz monitor , witch isn't , i have 144hz. It s running like it s skipping frames.
I don t understand why it happens, because i recorded with obs for the past 5 years , and never happend.
My pc specs : 1060 6gb, R5 1600AF, 16Gb 3200Mhz, hdd+ssd
OBS Settings for recording : 25k bitrate CBR, NVENC, Quality on VHigh, mp4 format
In a period of time I could minimize the obs , play and record in the same time without problems, but now it doesn t work at all.

Anyone with that problem ?

A lot of your settings are far from ideal and fall under the blanket terribleness that is the "youtube best settings guide"

You should not be using CBR as your rate control for recordings. Instead use CQP with a CQ level of about 16
Should be using the quality nvenc preset instead of max quality.
Saving directly to mp4 is recommended in precisely zero situations. Save to MKV

And use game capture instead of display capture.

Valve has implemented a Trusted mode which does not allow OBS to hook CS:GO using Game Capture. Read more in their announcement post. Additionally, they have no plans on allowing OBSin Trusted mode.

We recommend running the game in either windowed or borderless fullscreen and using a Window Capture source instead.
Alternately, you can launch the game with
Code:
-allow_third_party_software
.

There is no recording attempt on either log, and neither log shows you using game capture instead of display.

I ve recorded 2 videos , 1 minute each, and about the game capture , that s not gonna happen because i play matchmaking and it s not allowed to play untrusted , anyway , the settings are good , the games work perfectly , the only thing is that obs need to be minimized to not get them microstutters and frame drops

The logs you provided show no such attempts.

And your microstutters are likely coming from the primary display being on 144hz instead of 120.
