Question / Help OBS makes browsers Lag

Having difficult time. I tried different browsers and it didn't help,It lags terribly cant stream and uses high CPU. I've noticed many experiencing same thing. Is there a fix? Please let me know. . It doesn't pick up any data.

I have 6144 ram and processor Amd a65400k Apu with Radeon. 3.60 hz I've streamed beforeand no prob. But came to find out Chrome browser just asked to reset browser. Which I have done so perhaps that is problem. Will let you know going to try now. Also thank you so very much for your imput.

I had to reset Chrome Browser. and all is working fine. Thank you but I know my machine can handle it. I've done many live stream but this appears to be not OBS But the browsers. Sincerely thank you for any and all help.

Could you please post a log that contains a session that was fine for you? Your first log indicated that your streams look like slideshows, but not like fluent videos.

Try using Opera gaming Browser its really good
