Question / Help OBS make my computer lags badly

Sometime after a couple hours of streaming or just when i started it, OBS make my computer lag totally. Its like a 5fps everywhere until i close OBS. Its doing this since the update. I've been suing OBS for almost a year. Its not a CPU Memory or videocard problem. I'm an IT so i did my work before comming here. but for your head.

2500K 3.3
8GB RAM
GTX 560 TI
No capture Card.

OBS Setting :
1080p30
CBR at 4000kb/s

Btw it happen even on preview stream

Rofl wow i took 1 minute to realize that Nvision 3D making this lag LOL. But nice to know for other streamer disable your 3D
