Question / Help OBS make game lagging, stream not switched on

Hi i need some help with OBS, i start streaming but i have some seriously problems..


Well ... im testing it with game league of legends, when im playing it, its pretty softly, but when i open obs its lagging, actually don't need to be stream ON... and when i put stream ON , its worse.
I was fighting with setting for days.. but its laggy also when stream is OFF ?? lol ?
Game is lagging but stream is smoothly, i do test, i open my nvidia experience and try stream trought it.
Game is super softly, but stream was not softly like gameplay.
Well i need find solution for it, i want stream throught obs with all amazing settings so please help me :/

Your Internetprovider or the network card can't handle the 6.000kbit/s Upload, that you have configured.
 
well im testing all settings so idk if log is fine... i set bitrate 1800 no 6, not sure if i undestand you, i know about internet, in few day i hope, i got better upload but tell me then, why is game lagging when i open obs only ? with stream off ? what is the problem.


and well i test right now another big streaming app and its working fine same like nvidia experience.. still i want to use obs , its more friendly for me ? any idea ? :/
