OBS mac is extremely choppy

So I once recorded a video with obs on but found out that the recording is extremely slow. Can anyone help me find out why or give some tips to get faster recordings? I don't have any external video adapters or anything, and I use Apple VT H264 Hardware encoder suggested by other people, but it is still extremely slow. I record on 720p. Here is a log file
