So, this happened twice for me already during this year.
I'm streaming on higher bitrates to my transcoding server, and I've encountered two situations when my stream's FPS was terribly low. I had to restart OBS to get this fixed.
This isn't a streaming server problem, as the same lags were on local recordings made in OBS.
