OBS low resolution (blurry text)! How to fix?

My settings are:

Video Bitrate = 5500

Encoder = Software x264

Audio Bitrate = 160

The text can blur by two main reasons:

1. The player uses aggressive deblocking on HD media.
2. Encoding quality not enough to keep all details on decent level.

You can try to:
1) change player / change decoding settings;
2) use less compression / in case of color text use uncompressed Color Format, like I444 (usually, unsupported by web services).
