Thanks for taking the time to check out the thread here is my issue:
As stated above my fps issue is only when i'm streaming Tom clancy's: The Division and some other games as well what I find funny is that i get 60 fps recording and streaming when playing Battlefield 1 but The Division is giving me a few issues going anywhere from 30-55 fps causing it to sometimes studder a bit and not provide a smooth veiwing experiance any help would be great also any tips for optimizing my settings more than I already have is always helpful :)
