OBS Low Bit Rate, No Connection, Internet Speed is Good

And yes I know the log analyze says its not OBS's fault, but it seems like it has to be! Every speed test I do comes back 175+ Mbs
OBS will seemingly randomly stream at full bit rate then suddenly cut to nothing. Again EVERY speed I do comes back full speed.

You're using what looks like 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi so random interference will cause random frame drops.

Not sure how that is possible, the Wi-Fi is disconnected, or at least that’s what Windows shows. I noticed that in the analyzer and just assumed it was showing that because the computer has Wi-Fi available.
