I figured I would make a separate post seeing as it is a separate problem (main post about recording issues here if you can help: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/obs-choppy-laggy-recordings.114725/ )
This particular issue I had was when recording with lossless, the video records audio but not the game/monitor capture as every other setting does both, or the file will be unplayable in general ("Missing codec"?)
I noticed the file is in AVI and have tried multiple different media players (Windows, VLC, etc) to open it with the same issue.
Any suggestions/ideas?
