Since you're using NVEnc, where it says this in the guide:
NVENC
Do all these things and use a CQP of 15, to approximate "lossless". It won't technically be lossless but it will be indistinguishable from it, which is just as good, and has the benefit of making a file that will be useable in Vegas.
