Question / Help OBS losing fps when streaming/recording

So I started streaming overwatch today and my gameplay had like 10fps but my audio was fine. I thought at first that maybe my internet was at fault but then I tried streaming directly from PS4 and everything was OK. I have no idea what could be the reason I don't think my laptop is too weak to handle streams or is it?
So I'm using Avermedia Extreme CapU3, ofc OBS, and my MacBook:
MacBook Air (13-inch, Mid 2012)
2 GHz Intel Core i7
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB
I tried to stream other game before (South Park: Fractured But Whole) and my friend who watched stream said that game sometimes was laggy and tend to even stagger (I mean screen froze) but not all the time.
Could someone tell me what could be the problem here?

You are overloading both your GPU and your CPU. Your computer is massively underpowered for the job.

19:21:09.712: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 2399 (33.2%)
19:21:09.712: ==== Recording Stop ================================================
19:21:09.713: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 4658/7197 (64.7%)

19:15:15.805: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 2759 (33.1%)
19:15:15.805: ==== Recording Stop ================================================
19:15:15.808: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 7520/7880 (95.4%)

Your outgoing network connection is also dropping frames:
19:11:37.923: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 705 (5.5%)

Start by dropping to 30fps. Your machine cannot possibly encode at 60fps. You may also need to further decrease the canvas resolution, but start with FPS. You might also need to drop to the superfast CPU preset. Try those until you reach a combination of settings that work for you.
