The same Problem with XSplit .. i just don't know why :(

If it happens with xsplit too then it's not a problem with OBS, but with your PC or internet connection. Remove any 3rd party firewall / anti-virus / security software, bypass any router or other inline network devices. If it persists, it's probably a problem with your ISP.

So i fixed the problem, i just installed a new driver for my Networkadapter and downloaded the newest version of OBS and now it works! :)
