Question / Help OBS Looping audio

My OBS will loop possibly echo audio only at random intervals in my recording session, it will only be for a quick second and it will only loop/echo me and no other person/game sound. Any thoughts? I can upload a video of the problem if you need it.

Please do, along with a logfile from the Help menu. We really do need it to see what's going on, on the back end. Why it asks for one when you open a thread in Q&H. :)
